Cancellation Policy
Arrival and Late Policy Cabanas are held for 30 minutes after your reserved start time. Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice will forfeit their cabana. If you're running late, please contact your host before your start time. Your reservation will only be held once the host has confirmed and acknowledged your message. Payment and Refunds All cabana bookings are final once payment is made. Payments are non-refundable, including for late arrivals, forfeited cabanas, and no-shows. Guest Conduct We want every guest to relax and have a great time. To keep Shangri-La safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that all guests treat staff, other guests, and the property with respect. Fighting, aggressive behavior, and rude or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Guests who don't follow these rules may be asked to leave without a refund. Birthdays and Special Events To celebrate a birthday or host a special event at Shangri-La, please give at least 3 days' notice before your booking date. This gives our team time to prepare and make sure everything is ready for your celebration. We may not be able to accommodate requests made with less than 3 days' notice.
